As the owner of Fitness3K, I work with a large spectrum of individuals, athletes, and teams alike, including working with the University of Cincinnati Women’s Lacrosse team and USA Women’s Lacrosse players. With a focus on each and every individual’s needs whether you are seeking sports specific exercises to boost the athlete in you or to build endurance to take the stairs. Encouraging you to a higher level and the ability to maximize you to your fullest potential. I live by my mission statement, which is “to help clients attain their fitness goals through knowledge, accountability, quality service and making life style changes”.
You will see my commitment and passion to this mission statement in every training session whether I’m working with an elderly client, an elite athlete or any fitness degree in between My goal is to benefit each person no matter age or fitness level; building into their confidence in strength and endurance to better enhance their lifestyle of health!
