Rachel Kearns, Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) and Health Coach (The Health Coach Institute) Rachel is the wife of a business owner, a mom of 2 active teens, a former college athlete, and a lover of all things adventure. When she’s not in the gym, you can find her on a trail or at a sporting event. Even as a high school and college athlete, Rachel struggled for years with her weight. After signing up for a weightlifting class in college and overcoming eating disorders with the help of a nutritionist, she knew her life mission was to make an impact by helping others. She has now been a personal trainer for 16 years and a health coach for 5 years. Rachel specializes in weight training, goal setting/mindset behavior, lifestyle changes, and intuitive eating. She uses a functional, holistic approach to help you reach your goals. She’s great at making everyone feel welcome and, more importantly, look forward to their next workout.
