Nicholas Strike, CPT through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Nicholas is a 7-time Ohio State racquetball champion, and was the #2 ranked amateur in the nation in 1994. Nicholas trained for racquetball at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs during the summers of 1992 and 1993. During this time, he studied nutrition under the head sports nutritionist at the USOTC. After retiring from racquetball, fitness and nutrition became a hobby, then an obsession, and finally a business. Nicholas has amassed 20 years of real world nutritional expertise.
He is the fitness/nutrition expert on ‘Everybody’s Planning Hour’, a radio call-in show on WMKV-FM. His nutritional program is designed for professionals who lead busy lives.
