When I started I weighed 220 lbs. and my body fat index was 14.3%. I’ve now lost about 30 lbs. and reduced my body fat index to 11%. At this point in my life, I can’t see stopping. I feel great, have improved my overall health and receive compliments from friends and family members (this really helped motivate me because I knew others were noticing the results I was seeing).
I would encourage anyone to get on a fitness routine because it can help in many areas and working with a personal trainer will help to deliver better results than on your own.
