Since joining Fitness3K, I have lost over 30lbs. My body fat went from 20.8 to 13.3 and I feel more physically fit than I ever have in the past. Despite the sweat and hard work, I always look forward to my workouts there. No one workout is the same! Boxing, running, climbing, jumping, throwing, and lifting have given me more strength and balance to tackle anything life can throw at me.
