I came out of high school running a 4.8 in the 40 yard dash; my weight was 212 with a height of 5’8”. The Sports Performance program took me physically and mentally to another level. It helped me with my speed, balance, agility and even reaction time, which are some key components to being a successful football player. I am proud to say that I now run the 40 yard dash in a 4.6. I lost about 8 percent body fat and now weigh about 180. I’m more mobile and quicker, and I’m playing collegiate football as a freshman.
